Alkebulan (Mother of Mankind) is a Washington-based nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals and families experiencing hardship — grounded in Islamic principles of charity, justice, dignity, and service, while remaining inclusive and lawful for all.

Our Mission

To serve all mankind by providing essential resources and support to individuals and families in need — restoring dignity, reducing harm, and strengthening communities by ensuring access to essential resources and supportive services for those most in need.

Alkebulan (Mother of Mankind) is officially recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Contributions to the Organization are deductible under IRC Section 170. We are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
